Since 2001, The Marketing Division has provided clients with a uniquely pragmatic approach to design, visual communications and creative services. •Commercials

The Marketing Division is ready to help you make your television or radio debut! With experience in the production of both audio and video commercials, the experts at The Marketing Division are able to take you from concept to a completed spot.

Our broadcast skills include concept development, script writing, pre-production planning, partnering with videographers for shooting video, and editing raw footage to create a finished commercial. Our rates for commercial production are the same as our print rates of $75 per hour. Outside vendors, such as videographers, will incur an additional charge.

Media buying is a service we offer as well. We have established relationships with all of the major media outlets, so developing a placement schedule is an easy task. If we place commercials for your company, we will bill you through The Marketing Division, as the media outlet will bill us directly.

Check out our recent shoot for our attorney client. He's being shot on a green screen, so that we can add the desired background images in post-production, along with the on-screen graphics and voice over. The finished spots are linked to the video portfolio!

•Invitations

Let us help you celebrate your special occasion! We design a variety of invitations for your most special events, including weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, supper clubs, backyard BBQs, open houses and more.

Seen something you like? Let us make it for you! We can recreate virtually any invitation, usually for less than half the cost of the original source!

Our graphic designer, Becca Kelley, is excellent with wedding invitation design. In fact, one of her designs was placed into production by the mega supplier, Jean M!

The cost of your invitation will be determined at our consultation meeting and will include consideration of the type of invitation, the paper and supplies needed, if outside printing is required, etc. We are budget-conscious, just like you, so we will work to make sure we are within your price range.

If you'd like to meet about your wedding invitations, please be thinking about the type of invitation you want, along with what companion pieces you'll require, such as: Save the Date cards, bridal shower invitations, couples shower invitations, wedding programs, RSVP cards and any printed materials for the wedding reception, such as place cards.

•Business Cards

Choose from any of our existing designs or have a custom card created just for you. Coordination with your personal marketing campaign is essential for building your own personal brand.

Printed cards are produced on high quality C2S gloss cardstock with a UV laminate coating. Full color (on both sides, if you like!) is standard. And, your photo can be added to any card design!

*Logos

Whether you need a brand to identify yourself, or represent a builder who wants to create the perfect look for a new community, the experts at The Marketing Division are ready to design an amazing logo that will make you proud!

After a personal consultation, we will offer a variety of choices from which you may choose; or, we will be happy to make any changes you require to create the final version.

*Postcards

Useful for a variety of farming activities, postcards are a great way to keep your name in front of the buying and selling public! Standard designs available to match identity packages (business cards, brochures, website), or we can design a custom postcard to meet your needs.

Printed cards are produced on high quality C1S gloss cardstock with a UV laminate coating. Matte finish is also available, if you will need to write on your cards. Full color on the front, black & white on the reverse side is standard. Full color on both sides available for a nominal extra fee.

*Listing Flyers

Any listing can benefit from a professionally prepared feature sheet! Quick turnaround, often same day or next day service! Simply send us the listing information and photos, we'll send you back a beautiful flyer! Too busy to send the photos? Just give us the MLS number and we'll pull the photos for you.

We run a great special on listing flyers all the time! For the design only, the flyer will be provided as PDF via email or on disk. It's only $20 for one flyer or $30 for two (created at the same time).

Printing Costs, if you would rather have us professionally print the flyers for you:
Flyers printed in-house: $0.42 ea, single sided on Hammermill Gloss Coated 28 lb stock.

*Personal Brochures

Personal brochures are useful leave-behinds at listing appointments, or can be used as self-mailers for prospecting. Standard designs are offered to coordinate with your total marketing plan. Or, we'll design a one of a kind piece, just for you!
